Family portraits

We finally had our family portraits done. It was important to me to have our family portraits done because we really didn't do any when I was young and I wanted to make sure that we did them. It was a no brainer to use Caties Photography again. . She did our wedding and we loved the pictures. She again did not disappoint us. The most difficult part was choosing which of the 95 photos to buy. We in the end decided to buy the 20 digital negatives so we can do what we want with the pictures and order them when we want to. She did a great job of capturing Kian's smile because they were few and far between. We met her down on 85th street at 7:00 at night so she could have the lighting at about an hour before sunset. Kian normally starts getting ready for bed at this time and after a full week of him being in a good mood at this time of night; we weren't so lucky. He wasn't feeling it at all. You see him looking off to the sides in many of the pictures because we were like dancing behind Catie.
